IT Services Pricing

All services are billed in 15-minute increments after the first hour. All on-site services include up to 20 minutes of travel time, after 20 minutes travel time is billed at the agreed upon rate. All support requires signed authorization before work begins. Emergency rates apply after 5pm on weekdays, and any time on weekends and US holidays. All software must be genuine and licensed with proof of license and key provided.
